Four Courage Skill Sets:

In this program, you will develop the skills to do brave work, have tough conversations, show up with your whole heart, and rise from setbacks and heartbreaks.

The Dare to Lead™training program is divided into four learning modules:

Braving Trust – Discover how to build trust with yourself (self trust) and others. Building meaningful and fulfilling relationships with family, teams, colleagues, and customers so you can work together from a foundation of trust.

Living into Your Values – Identify what you stand for, how to show up from a place of integrity every day, and how to communicate with confidence.

Rumbling with Vulnerability – Learn Compassion, Empathy, & Emotional Literacy to face risk, uncertainty, and tough conversations with courage, clarity, and confidence.

Learning to Rise – Become aware of your emotions, stories, and build resiliency to rise stronger from setbacks, failures, disappointments, heartbreak, & adversity.

As a result of this program, you will be able to:

1. Recognize vulnerability as the emotion we feel during times of uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure.

2. Explain why courage requires vulnerability.

3. Establish a link between what I learned and behaviors I want to change.

4. Recognize the critical role that self-awareness plays in daring leadership.

5. Give examples to support how armor - not fear -is the greatest obstacle to daring leadership.

6. Identify the four skill sets that make up courage: rumbling with vulnerability, living into our values, BRAVING trust, and learning to rise.

7. Recognize that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are measurable, observable, and teachable.

8. Recognize that vulnerability is the birthplace of many of the behaviors that define daring leadership, including creativity, accountability, and difficult conversations.

9. Give examples of why daring leadership requires showing up for hard conversations and rumbles, including giving and receiving feedback.

Our Founder & DARING CEO

Sarah Madras is a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Therapist turned Mindset Transformation Expert and Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator with nearly two decades of being the keeper of people's secrets and most vulnerable desires. What each person has in common is the desire to be seen, heard, understood, and valued. She takes her expertise to build brave leaders and courageous cultures through the skills of mindset mastery and leadership development. As a business owner since 2007, she has firsthand experience of what it is like to build a business from the ground up and lead a trustworthy, loyal team. She uses her expertise to empower and equip mission-driven and socially conscious entrepreneurs and organizations with confidence, courage, and resiliency skills out of fear and suffering and into freedom and daring leadership.

Is this program virtual?

Yes, you can access the program worldwide as everything is conducted online via Private Zoom room.

When do the training calls take place?

Consistency and routines are KEY TO SUCCESS which is why we maintain a consistent schedule.

Day 1: Kick-off is Dec 9, 2026

Day 2: Dec 10, 2026

Day 3: Graduation is Dec 11, 2026

Live Zoom Calls occur at 9am EST and will last no longer than 6:00pm EST.

Several breaks will be offered throughout each day.

Cameras are required to be on throughout the training as it is VERY interactive. No talking heads here. We are learning and PRACTICING in real time.

Full completion of the 3-days is required to Become Dare to Lead™ Trained in accordance with the requirements established by Brené Brown, LLC. Attendance is taken at the beginning AND end of each training call in order to maintain the integrity of becoming Dare to Lead™ Trained.

How much time is involved?

As with anything, you get out what you put in. The Zoom calls will last no longer than time shown. When there is homework, the average time to complete is 30-min. You have unlimited support via email to ask questions and create connections.

Will there be replays if an emergency comes up and I miss a week?

Does not apply to 3-day intensive.

Replays will be available in the private group during the duration of the training program for emergency use only. In order to maintain the integrity of the program requirements, if a week is missed and a replay is needed then the attendee is required to take a photo of their workbook assignments for that week and email it to the Facilitator for accountability of completion and to receive credit for that class date.

Full completion of the program is required to Become Dare to Lead™ Trained in accordance with the requirements established by Brené Brown, LLC. If multiple live calls are missed then attendee is invited to attend remaining live calls however it is up to the Facilitator’s discretion that attendee forfeits Dare to Lead™ Trained status, certificate of completion, and social media badge.
